To order any of our products, the quickest and easiest way is to order online 24 hours / 7 days a week. We are a secure shopping site using the latest in e-commerce technology. If you would like to order off-line all Kozy Koala products are included on our Mail Order Form. If you would like more information about each of our products please view the products on-line first.

Your order will be shipped once payment has been processed and cleared.
Postage and handling charges for standard delivery with Australia Post will be AUD$15.00 Rest of the World AUD $25.00. Please contact us for charges on larger orders.
Returns Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Mums and Kids Enterprises Pty Ltd. We recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact if a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged. Please keep your receipt for your proof of purchase.
We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
